Competitions are held at the Gold Coast Performance Centre Runaway Bay.

Events such as long Jump and hurdles can be requested on the day.
Volunteers are required for these types of events so anyone willing to help out would be much appreciated.

Training will be held at the Gold Coast Performance Centre at 7.30am followed by our AGM (Annual General meeting) starting at approx 9.30am.
